Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on all US orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive within 7–13 business days from the date of purchase.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your package is handed over to the carrier.
Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are sent to processing right after purchase, so they can't be cancelled or modified once placed. If your order hasn't shipped within the processing time in our Shipping Policy, you can request a cancellation and a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Email us first with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 6 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund.
Using Your Aurayki™
How do I use it?
Wet your face, apply your usual cleanser, then gently glide the device over your skin in small circular motions for about 60 seconds. Rinse and continue with the rest of your routine. Always follow the instructions included with your device.
How do I charge it?
Your Aurayki™ is cordless and USB rechargeable. We recommend a full charge before first use.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the silicone head with warm water and mild soap after each use, and let it air-dry.
